Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, authentication provider (password or Google).
• Case uploads and pasted text you submit for playbook analysis.
• Optional Gemini API key (encrypted at rest; used only for your generations).
• Subscription and payment metadata via Razorpay when you upgrade.

How we use data

To run the playbook, authenticate users, enforce free/Pro entitlements, improve reliability, and comply with law. Document text may be sent to Google Gemini (or your own Gemini key) and, when configured, Indian Kanoon for precedent search.

PII redaction

The wizard offers PII redaction before LLM processing. Redaction is best-effort - review documents before upload and do not rely solely on automated masking.

Retention

Case files and outputs may be stored on the API host for your session history. Request deletion by contacting the operator. Payment records are retained as required by payment processors and tax law.

Third parties

Google (Identity / Gemini), Razorpay (payments), and Indian Kanoon (legal search) process data under their respective policies when those integrations are enabled.
