Accounts & subscriptions

Free access covers playbook prompts 1-2. Prompts 3-12 require a Pro subscription when billing is enforced. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any Gemini API keys you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you are not authorized to process, attempt to abuse the API, reverse engineer the service for competing products, or use outputs to mislead a court or client.

No attorney-client relationship

Use of Nyaya AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. See the Disclaimer.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyaya AI and its operators are not liable for filing deadlines missed, incorrect citations, or reliance on AI-generated drafts without independent professional review.
